Cum vad angajatii români criza / How Romanian employees see the crisis
Harta raspunsurilor arata in felul urmator, la nivel national:
- peste 37 % dintre angajatii participanti la sondaj au raspuns ca organizatia in care lucreaza a facut disponibilizari, ca efect al crizei;
- un procent de 23 % spun ca problemele din piata se manifesta prin stoparea angajarilor;
- peste 15 procente afirma ca firma la care lucreaza si-a luat masuri din timp pentru a nu fi afectati de criza;
- doar 12.88 % au bifat ca li s-au miscorat salariile;
- cei mai multi angajati bucuresteni (43% dintre respondentii din Capitala) au resimtit criza prin disponibilizarile din cadrul companiei, ca si in Cluj sau Brasov;
- in Constanta si Iasi, angajatii sunt afectati mai mult de stoparea recrutarii (32, respectiv 28% dintre respondentii din regiune);
- 44% - companiile au facut disponibilizari;
- 18% - nu se mai fac angajari;
- 13% - companiile si-au luat masuri din timp, iar acelasi procent afirma ca organizatiile profita de criza;
- 10% - au scazut salariile.
In randul femeilor, raspunsurile la sondajul Myjob sunt concretizate in urmatoarele procente:
- 44% - au dat afara personal;
- 23% - nu se mai face recrutare;
- 12% - companiile si-au luat masuri din timp;
- 11% - salarii mai mici;
The economic instability manifests itself, at the level of the labour market, by staff cuts, decreasing salaries and recruitments freeze. In order to see what the employees feel about the market tensions, the HR Myjob portal has carried out an online survey within the period from the 22nd to the 27th of January on how the company for which people work is affected by the crisis. The survey has been done on a sample of 3.100 respondents.
The map of the answers at national level looks like this:
- More than 37% of the employees participating to the survey have answered that the organisation in which they work has cut personnel, as an effect of the crisis;
- a percentage of 23% say that the market problems manifest by stopping recruitment;
>
- more than 15 percent state that the company in which they work has taken measures in advance to avoid being affected by the crisis;
- only 12.88% have ticked that their wages have decreased;
- 11.5% of the employees say that the organisation in which they work takes advantage of the crisis.
To get increased relevance of the answers, Myjob has carried out demographic statistics as well, which outline the following:
- The vast majority of employees from Bucharest (43% of the respondents of the Capital) has felt the crisis by the staff cuts in their company, as well as in Cluj or Brasov;
- in Constanta and Iasi, employees are more affected by recruitment stopping (32, respectively 28% of the respondents in the region);
- in Braila, Sibiu and Timis, besides the staff cuts (the biggest number of companies have chosen this effect), the next group of respondents state that the organisation has taken measures beforehand and it is not affected by the crisis.
Concerning the level of studies, the biggest number of recently graduate employees have answered that the company for which they work has cut 50% of the staff, while others say that companies do not recruit any more. Employees with high school education have felt the effects of the crisis through staff cuts and recruitment stopping in the companies for which they work. Generally, regardless of the education level, staff cuts and recruitment stopping seem to be the most drastic measures in times of crisis.
The biggest part of the respondents have a work experience of 5-10 years, followed by those with work experience from 3 to 5 years, those with 10-20 years of activity and those with 1-2 years of experience on the labour market.
The majority of participants to the survey are men, in a percentage of 61, the rest of 39% being women.
The men’s answers look like this:
- 44% - companies have cut staff;
- 18% - no recruitment is done;
- 13% - companies have taken measures in advance, and the same percentage state that the organisations are taking advantage of the crisis;
- 10% - salaries have decreased.
In which respects women, their answers within the framework of Myjob survey are expressed in the following figures:
- 44% - they have laid off personnel;
- 23% - no recruitment is done;
- 12% - companies have taken measures in advance;
- 11% - lower salaries;
- 10% - companies for which they work are really taking advantage of the crisis.
An objective look on the results of the survey shows that, even if there are high staff cuts and the recruiting is getting lower and lower, there are though a significant number of companies that have taken measures beforehand to avoid being affected by the crisis.
